Beth Crafts Bell
Beth Bell, a native of Central Maine, brings a passion for real estate and rare marketing ingenuity in her service to Allen & Selig Realty clients. With over 27 years experience in real estate related fields, including investing, new construction design and property management, she contributes a wealth of knowledge to every transaction. Beth's training in remodeling, restoration and interior design is invaluable in helping clients discover great potential in quality properties. Beth holds a degree, Associate Applied Science in Interior Design, from Endicott College.
Beth excels in marketing your home as she understands the importance of STAGING your home for showings and especially for the all ever important photographing of your property. Beth uses a high quality digital camera and shoots the photos using her trained eye for proper composition, balance and perspective while keeping in mind what the will most capture the attention of the buyer. Beth is available for Interior Design consultation and Home Staging as well.
